The WINDHOFF ballast broom ASB removes excess ballast from the rail track.
Hydraulic power is provided via the 2-way excavator or via the track construction machine.
The broom runs on its own 4 tracking rollers, and a coupling rod connects the broom to the supporting vehicle. Four hoisting lugs are provided for loading and unloading the ballast broom.
